We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense; once we receive the product, we refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel. Note: if your package is already on the way, please wait for it to arrive, then return it before receiving a refund.

Yes — you can cancel with no penalty as long as you cancel before it ships. If the item has already been sent, just use our easy return system for a full refund.

If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correction. If the address is wrong we can change it within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of an incorrect submission.
